FocusedTruth, operated by WiserMe LLC, values transparency and fairness in all transactions.

All payments made on FocusedTruth are considered voluntary contributions to support the platform and its content creators.

As a result, all payments are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.


2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.


3. Subscription Payments

If recurring donations or subscriptions are offered:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
FocusedTruth does not store full payment details.
